Spend four full days driving across limitless plains in search of abundant wildlife in one of Kenya’s most spectacular grasslands. Bordering Tanzania, the Mara is the northern extension of the Greater Serengeti ecosystem. It is here that the great migration takes place, when more than a million wildebeest, along with zebra and gazelle trek north to graze on the Mara’s lush grasses.

meet and transfer you to the Gorilla Forest Camp. Gorilla Forest Camp is located within Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site. It is the perfect base for a tracking experience as it offers luxury in the heart of the rain forest. The camp has a world class bar, as well as a raised natural platform for open-air dining. Guests can sit around the cozy campfire at night and enjoy Bwindi's crystal clear mountain sky. In the afternoon relax and take in the fresh air or enjoy a forest walk, which is a nice way to warm up before the Gorilla tracking activities. Birders come thousands of miles to see the more than 350 species that live within the area with rare forest elephant species, giant forest hog and about 11 types of Primates.
In the morning enjoy a wholesome breakfast before a briefing from the professional guide. Tracking commences every morning from the park headquarters at 8.00 am. Experienced guides, many of whom have been involved in domestication of the gorillas, will lead the tracking. Once the gorillas are located, the group will be allowed a maximum of one hour with them.

There are also over 200 species of butterflies found in the park which you can see during a forest walk with a local expert as you learn more about the Bwindi Eco system, the fauna and flora.
After dinner simply relax and sip a drink and get entertained by Ugandan dancers performing folk tunes played on
